Information Finora uses

Finora may process data you enter or select in the app to provide salary-management features.

  • Data may include company names, pay periods, earnings, deductions, tax, insurance, bonus, notes, and payslip templates.
  • When you scan documents, the app may use images, PDF, Excel, or CSV files you choose for extraction.
  • When using contact forms, we receive the email and message you submit for support replies or product feedback.
  • The website currently logs hashed emails for contact events to reduce raw data exposure in operational logs.

Local-first storage and backups

Finora is designed to store salary history on your device rather than requiring a server account.

  • App data may be stored in a local database on your device.
  • Biometric or PIN app lock helps reduce the risk of others opening the app on your device.
  • Encrypted backup files are created, password-protected, and stored by you.
  • If you delete the app, wipe the device data, or lose backups, local data may be permanently lost.

Cloud and third-party services

Some features depend on Firebase, Cloud Functions, AI, ads, or in-app purchase services.

  • Firebase may be used for App Check, anonymous sign-in, AI quota, Remote Config, Storage, or Cloud Functions.
  • Documents scanned with Cloud AI may be sent to Finora backend and configured AI providers for extraction.
  • Google Mobile Ads may process ad-related data under Google policies when ads are enabled.
  • RevenueCat, App Store, or Google Play may process purchase and Premium restore information.

Data sharing

Finora does not sell your personal payslip data.

  • Data is used to provide app features, operate the service, protect quotas, and support users.
  • We may process data with infrastructure, AI, advertising, or payment providers when the related feature is used.
  • We may disclose information when needed to comply with law, protect legitimate rights, or respond to system abuse.

Your choices

You can control many data types directly in the app or from device settings.

  • You can add, edit, or delete payslips, companies, templates, notes, and attachments in the app.
  • You can change camera, photo, notification, and biometric permissions in device settings.
  • You can remove local data through app features when available, or by deleting app data from the device.
