What Finora provides

Finora helps users import, scan, review, and track payslip, bonus, allowance, tax, and deduction records.

  • You can import payslips from images, PDF, Excel, CSV, or manual entry.
  • Comparison, chart, and report screens help you review personal salary data.
  • Finora is not tax, accounting, financial, legal, or labor advice.
  • You are responsible for checking data before using it for tax, visa, loan, or financial decisions.

Your data and responsibility

Payslips are sensitive personal financial data. Only process documents you own or are allowed to process.

  • Do not use Finora to upload or process another person’s salary documents without permission.
  • Do not upload unlawful, harmful, privacy-invasive, or intellectual-property-infringing content.
  • You manage your backup files, backup passwords, PIN, and device access.
  • If you lose a backup file or forget a local lock, Finora may not be able to recover local data.

Document scanning, OCR, and Cloud AI

OCR and AI extraction are suggestions to reduce manual entry and may be imperfect.

  • Always review amounts, period, taxes, insurance, and important fields before saving.
  • Some scan flows may send document content to Finora Cloud Functions or configured AI providers for extraction.
  • Finora may limit, change, or suspend AI features to protect reliability, cost, or service quality.
  • Do not treat AI/OCR output as official tax, insurance, labor contract, or legal conclusions.

Ads, Premium, and service changes

Finora may operate as a freemium app with ads and optional Premium.

  • The free version may show Google Mobile Ads in suitable app surfaces.
  • Premium may remove ads without necessarily unlocking extra salary-management features.
  • Purchases or restores may be processed by App Store, Google Play, or RevenueCat.
  • We may update, fix, add, change, or discontinue features when needed.

Liability limits and contact

Finora is provided as-is to the fullest extent permitted by law.

  • We do not guarantee that OCR, AI, charts, reports, or reminders are always accurate, complete, or uninterrupted.
  • You are responsible for decisions to use, export, share, or submit data based on information in the app.
